Infrared sauna sessions can be booked by selecting your location below. Each sauna suite is your private space for the duration of your appointment. If you’re planning to share your sauna with a guest (or multiple guests), please include a note with your booking including their name(s).
Each sauna is labeled by its size 1-4 means it accommodates a group of up to 4. All Lumos pricing is individual and based on the use of our services.

Can't make your appointment?
Cancellations
We enforce a strict 8-hour cancellation policy. Any appointment changes or cancellations (including rescheduling) need to be made 8 hours in advance of your appointment start time.
If you fail to cancel and/or adjust your appointment 8 hours before your scheduled start time or “no-call/no-show,” you will be charged for your session or a session will be deducted from your membership/package. Unlimited members will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Currently, infrared sauna sessions are appointment preferred to be able to most effectively accommodate our pre-booked clients. However, we are always happy to accommodate any last-minute appointment requests based on sauna availability.
