I cant believe I've never done this before. It's amazing. Very clean, friendly staff, and I felt great after.

Just went for my first time & it was AMAZING! It’s so clean, staff is amazing & knowledgable (I had Kristin)! She told me exactly what to expect & steps for afterwards as well! I do recommend coming hydrated and then continue to hydrate after as well! My body inside and out feels amazing & I can’t wait to go again!

As a Division I college athlete, my body has severely suffered over the years. Lumos has worked wonders on reducing the pain in my joints and increasing my overall cardiovascular endurance for my workouts. The staff are highly knowledgeable, and the experience is one that can't be replicated.

Incredible! This was a new experience for me and I was pleasantly surprised! I was invigorated after a half hour session of heat! A strained neck muscle was noticeably less tense was better the next day. Also great information on all the health benefits were given prior to our session and again I was surprised at just how many things light can do. Can't wait to get back in for another go.

AMAZING!!! Not only was the overall infrared sauna experience absolutely incredible, but the staff also contributed to the 5 star rating. Maria was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I went in for my first time. The studio is very clean, relaxing and the overall environment is one that I would recommend to everyone! Rachel has done an incredible job putting such a beautiful business together and I can't wait to be a regular at Lumos. (Especially for the cold essential oil washcloth for cooling down post session, so invigorating)

The BEST sauna studio in Rochester. If you're looking for deep relaxation - this is the place! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the benefits of the sauna and answers any questions you may have. The facility is spotless, cozy and zen.

Lumos Sauna was a lovely experience for me. Having only popped into gym saunas or steam rooms before- I didn’t know what to expect. The owners explained the process so I was comfortable. The cleanliness, relaxation, and benefits were more than 5 stars. Now when I need a little “me time”, lumos is most definitely going to be a stop that day.
