Infrared sauna sessions can be booked by selecting your location below. Each sauna suite is your private space for the duration of your appointment. If you’re planning to share your sauna with a guest (or multiple guests), please include a note with your booking including their name(s).

Each sauna is labeled by its size 1-4 means it accommodates a group of up to 4. All Lumos pricing is individual and based on the use of our services.
